Domestic Return Process: Please follow these instructions.


  1. Contact the customer service at cs@villainssf.com and let us know why you wanna return the item(s). Goods must be shipped to us within 30 days after you received the shipment. In order to return, the item(s) must be unworn/undamaged with the original packaging for a refund.
  2. We will issue the Authorization number.
  3. Please write authorization number on the return authorization form included inside the shoe box. Place form inside shoe box.
  4. Wrap shoe box to protect it same as it was sent. Write the return authorization number on the wraping paper outside.
  5. Drop them off at any post offices and pay for shipping. Please, inform us a tracking no. via email.
  6. After we receive the item(s), We will inspect the shoes to make sure that the shoes are in the new condition. (Returned goods must  be sent in its original packaging and in unworn condition)
  7. We will process the refund for you in 2 business days.
  8. Refund processed! Email confirmation is sent to you.



International Return Process: Please follow these instructions.


  1. Contact the customer service at cs@villainssf.com and let us know why you wanna return the item(s). Goods must be shipped to us within 30 days after you received the shipment. In order to return, Goods must be unworn/undamaged with the original packaging for a refund.
  2. We will issue the Authorization number.
  3. Fill out your return form with authorization number put inside shoebox.
  4. Put the shoebox in a shipping Box and write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  5. All international returns are you responsibility.  Please pay all shipping costs including duties. The package must arrive to our address with no outstanding charges owed. Please tick  the box on Airway bill. “Sender pay” so any charges, associated with the returm, are billed to you.
  6. Drop off the package at any couriers and pay for shipping. We do not pay for any shipping or customs duties or any charges associated with the return. Should there be any duties, or any charge by customs, we will deduct  this amount from any refund owed. In order to inform a tracking no, please, attach the image of the courier Air Bill via email. 
  7. After we receive the item(s), We will inspect the shoes to make sure that the shoes are in the new condition (Returned goods must  be sent in its original packaging and in unworn condition).
  8. We will process the refund for you in 2 business days.
  9. Refund processed! Email confirmation is sent to you.

Remark

  • We do not accept returns for used item(s). Sale item (s) is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If you purchased your shoes during a special promotion, and would like the same deal on a replacement pair, just contact us and we can issue you a new code just for you with the same discount so you don't pay more for the replacement.
